Breaking: Biden Signed SIX Gun Control Executive Orders Today!

Today, Joe Biden unveiled six unconstitutional gun control executive orders. They are all designed to chip away at the 2nd Amendment by banning millions of guns, make it easier for police to confiscate innocent Americans' guns, set the stage for future gun control, and install an anti-gun activist at the top of the ATF.

You swore an oath when you arrived at Congress. Do you remember it? You swore to uphold and defend the United States Constitution, against all enemies, foreign and domestic. You swore to uphold ALL of the Constitution against ALL of its enemies. That includes the 2nd Amendment and, yes, it means fighting back against your colleagues who seek to dismantle it!

Biden's first executive order allocates funding to "evidence-based community violence interventions." This sounds harmless enough, since this mostly deals with providing counseling to potentially violent individuals. Unfortunately, we know that your colleagues want to make this kind of psychiatric counseling mandatory for all gun owners. H.R. 127 would force gun owners to pass a psychological assessment before being allowed to continue owning firearms. Until this bill is killed, you cannot allow the President to build this process out.

Next, Biden signed an executive order mandating that the DOJ release an annual report on gun trafficking. Again, this might seem harmless, but this is designed to target specific states that the left blames for the country's gun crimes (ie how crime guns in Illinois get purchased in Indiana), so they can use this information to push for more gun control. They want to highlight how certain states contribute to gun crime to bolster their argument for more Federal gun control and regulations. That is why you must kill this executive order.

Third, Biden will nominate David Chipman to serve as the new head of the ATF. This is unacceptable. Chipman previously worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Giffords, one of the largest anti-gun organizations in the country. If you look at pretty much every single radical gun proposal that is being pushed by the Left, he helped develop them all. The President is literally asking Congress to put an anti-gun activist in charge of enforcing the country's gun laws and writing new regulations. You MUST block Chipman's nomination, no matter what it takes.

Fourth, Biden will sign an order instructing the DOJ to publish "model red flag legislation" for states to adopt. Red flag laws are loopholes within firearm laws that allow the government to confiscate Americans' guns without needing to charge them with a crime. Instead of "innocent until proven guilty," Red Flag laws flip that concept upside-down and presume gun owners guilty until proven innocent. Police are allowed to confiscate someone's guns under simply the presumption that they are dangerous, and then it is up to the disarmed gun owner to convince a judge that he or she deserves their rights back. Again, all of this happens without the gun owner even being charged with a crime. Biden's executive order would have the FBI and DOJ work to implement these unconstitutional laws around the country. Congress refused to pass a Federal Red Flag law. It is unconscionable to allow the Federal government to help assist states in implementing these unconstitutional systems.

Fifth, the President* will sign an order instructing the ATF to ban pistols that incorporate arm braces. The first arm brace was invented years ago to help disabled veterans learn to fire heavy pistols one-handed again. The device attaches to the rear of the firearm and allows the pistol to be strapped or rested against someone's arm to help control the weight and recoil. Countless disabled veterans have learned to shoot again with the help of this device. Now, Biden wants it banned. More specifically, he wants anyone who owns one of these devices to have to register their handgun with the Federal government, no doubt as a precursor to future confiscations...

Last, but certainly not least, Joe Biden will ban homemade guns. For centuries, law-abiding Americans have legally built their own guns for personal use. Hobbyists do it to learn more about how guns work and many gun owners prefer to build their own gun the way they want it, rather than having to buy one off the shelf that doesn't precisely fit their needs. Frankly, it is none of the government's business why law-abiding Americans choose to build, repair, or upgrade their firearms. That is their right. Joe Biden doesn't respect that right and wants to turn these Americans into felons. You must stop him!

All six of these executive orders are designed to chip away at the 2nd Amendment. Joe Biden swore to uphold the Constitution and now he is trying to use his pen and his phone to undermine this God-given right.

You swore an oath to defend the American people against this kind of lawless assault on their rights. Now that the fight is here, you must rise up and block each and every one of these executive actions. That is especially true for Chipman's nomination. If an anti-gun activist is put in charge of gun policy, there is no telling the damage he could do to the 2nd Amendment...

If you will not honor your oath right now, you will be removed.
