Democrats just introduced legislation to pack the Supreme Court! Their bill - the Judiciary Act of 2021 - would immediately add four Justices to the Supreme Court, allowing Joe Biden to make four nominations.

It would undo the current 6-3 Conservative Majority. Democrats already stole the Executive and Legislative branches. Now, they want to steal the Judiciary too!

Today, your colleagues unveiled the Judiciary Act of 2021. Their bill would radically transform the Supreme Court by adding four more Justices to the bench.

The only goal of this bill is to change the ideology of the Supreme Court. Many of your colleagues are furious that Donald Trump was able to nominate three Justices. They want to undo that by packing the Supreme Court with four more liberals.

The legislation, just a page and a half long, would immediately give Joe Biden the power to nominate four new Justices.

This is unconscionable!

Yes, in the past the number of Justices on the Supreme Court has changed. But this was to accommodate more states being added to the Union. Back then, Supreme Court Justices were expected to "ride the circuit." In addition to hearing cases in DC, they were expected to travel to their Circuit Court and hear cases there. As more states got added to the Union, the Supreme Court needed more Justices to preside over these new states.

The Supreme Court has had 9 Justices since 1869. There has not been a state added to the Union in over 60 years. Supreme Court Justices no longer ride the circuit. There is literally no legitimate reason to change the number of Justices on the Supreme Court.

The only reason is ideological. Leftists do not like the current ideological majority on the Supreme Court. Instead of waiting for an opportunity to appoint new Justices as vacancies arise, they want to just add 4 new liberals to the bench right now.

If you want to tear this country apart, this is how you do it... Even worse, packing the Supreme Court would destroy Americans' respect for and confidence in the Judiciary. You want to talk about threats to American institutions? Right now, the Judiciary Act of 2021 is by far the biggest threat to our Republic!

I am demanding that you intervene and KILL the Judiciary Act of 2021. I don't care what it takes, you cannot allow it to pass. Many of your colleagues are trying to claim that packing the Supreme Court is now considered "infrastructure." They are setting the stage for a fight to add this bill to the upcoming infrastructure package (so they can bypass the filibuster). You CANNOT allow that to happen!

Next, you must defund Joe Biden's Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. The current occupant of the White House CANNOT be allowed to use taxpayer money to scheme and develop ways to "reform" the Supreme Court. Right now, Biden is using discretionary funds to pay for this commission. You must pull the plug on it right now!

Take notice: You are not going to be able to hide out on this one. You will not be able to hide and avoid going on the record. All Members of Congress must take a stand right now!

But heed my warning: If you support this despicable plan to pack the Supreme Court... if you allow these hyper-partisans to destroy Americans' confidence in the Judiciary and politicize the nation's highest court...  you will get what is coming to you. If you do anything to help this legislation pass, you will be removed from office.

Do not misinterpret my words. That is not a threat, it is a promise!
