Despicable: Biden DOJ Now Prosecuting Election Auditors!

The United States was founded on a very simple principle: government exists to protect individuals' rights, it derives its power from the consent of the governed, and when it loses that consent or fails to safeguard individual liberties, that government must be changed or abolished.

You do not have the consent of the governed if a plurality of Americans believe the election results were fraudulent... You are nothing without the faith and trust of your constituents.

The Elections Clause (Article 1, Section 4) of the United States Constitution is very clear.  State legislatures have the power to set their own election laws and Congress, from time to time, can pass election laws as well.

Right now, the Arizona Legislature is conducting a forensic audit of the 2020 Election in Maricopa County. This audit is both legal and constitutional. Not only does that audit include examining the ballots themselves, but it will also include canvassing precincts with "anomalies" and going door to door to verify that voters did actually vote in the election.

Considering what we learned about Dominion Voting Systems' machines in Michigan - they can be hacked to manipulate and change election results - this audit is more important than ever. Now other states are preparing to launch their own audits.

Joe Biden's Department of Justice, however, is preparing to intervene and shut the audit down. Last month, the DOJ's Civil Rights Division delivered a letter to the Arizona Senate President warning her that the audit was illegal.

Well, yesterday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that he was moving forward with this plan to prosecute auditors.

The DOJ is claiming that the auditors are not safeguarding the ballots, a pretty humorous accusation considering all of the chain of custody violations from the 2020 Election that the DOJ refused to investigate or prosecute...

The DOJ is also accusing the auditors of violating voters' civil rights because they plan to canvass neighborhoods with large amounts of fraud to verify whether the voters who submitted ballots actually voted. Biden's DOJ claims that is a violation of the Voting Rights Act because it would "intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote... or for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote."

Ballot harvesting is illegal in Arizona. But Biden's DOJ is saying that any attempt to root out illegal ballot harvesters would be illegal because they are protected under the VRA because they were simply "aiding" voters...

The Constitution does NOT give the DOJ the power to intervene in a state's election audit. Only the State legislature and Congress have the authority to determine how elections are conducted. Joe Biden doesn't seem to care, though. The DOJ is intervening anyway.

You need to put a stop to this. What the DOJ is doing is literally election interference.

If the 2020 election was legitimate and untainted by fraud, as some claim, then they should want the audit to conclude. If there is no fraud, they will be vindicated and many of the theories will finally be put to rest.

The fact that a Biden appointee at the DOJ is now moving to intervene and stop the audit suggests there is something there...

I am demanding that you use your Article 1, Section 4 powers to do two things:

(1) You must STOP the Biden DOJ from stepping one foot in Arizona or any other states that choose to audit their election results. The People of Arizona, through their legislature, have chosen to audit the results from Maricopa County. If leaks are to be believed, the audit is already uncovering significant discrepancies. To allow the Biden DOJ to intervene and stop this legal and constitutional ballot would be unconscionable and create a constitutional crisis in this country. You must shut this DOJ Civil Rights probe down immediately!

(2) You must authorize similar audits for the entire state of Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The American people do not trust the election results. Too much information has come to light to possibly trust the results as they were reported. We don't need a recount, we need a forensic audit! If the audits reveal no evidence of fraud, then we can put all of the theories to rest. But if there was fraud, the American people deserve to know!

The Biden administration is dragging us towards a Constitutional crisis. If you will not fulfill your duty and rise up to stop them, I will have no choice but to remove you from office and replace you with someone who takes their oath seriously!
