The Arizona audit will release its findings any day now. Before that happens, though, the Arizona Senate has ordered a third recount because a significant discrepancy was discovered in the overall ballot count. The election day count did not match the audit count.

Democrats are freaking out. They can feel the walls closing in on them and are lashing out in a last-ditch effort to cover-up their fraud.

Democrats on the House Government Oversight Committee have launched an investigation into the Arizona audit and are demanding all of the auditors' documents and findings BEFORE they are publicly released. Democrats are literally interfering in a lawful and Constitutional audit.

Never before in this country's history have we seen a majority party weaponize their power to interfere in a state's lawful and constitutional audit of their own election results. Unfortunately, we just reached this shameful milestone.

The House Committee on Oversight and Reform just opened a formal investigation into the Maricopa County election audit.

Article 1, Section 4 of the United States Constitution is very clear: Arizona, or any state for that matter, has the authority to audit their own election results. Congress has the authority to pass election laws, but nowhere is Congress, or the Oversight Committee for that matter, empowered to interfere in a lawful and constitutional county-level audit.

I cannot imagine how terrified someone would have to be to do something so haphazard...

The news came immediately after Arizona's State Senate revealed that the ballot counts didn't match up and that they were ordering a third ballot count to verify the discrepancy. This is huge news. The count from election day does not match the count from the forensic audit.

Your Democrat colleagues responded by demanding that the company performing the audit, Cyber Ninjas, hand over all documents and evidence to the Oversight Committee BEFORE releasing their findings to the public. We are just days away from all being able to see the audit's findings. Your colleagues want to get ahead of the audit's findings so they can discredit it.

In addition to demanding "all documents and communications related to conducting the Maricopa County audit," the committee is also demanding evidence and documentation dealing with "bamboo-laced ballots smuggled in from Asian countries," "machine marked ballots," "errors designed to create fraud in Dominion Voting Systems' equipment," and "the involvement of current or former members of the Central Intelligence Agency in disinformation around election fraud."

This is an oddly specific list of demands...

This is election interference, plain and simple. Arizona has the right to conduct their elections as they see fit and to audit the results to confirm their authenticity. The fact that this committee is now interfering in this process is unacceptable.

If the oversight committee wanted Cyber Ninjas to testify about their findings after they are released, that would be one thing. Though I suspect there would be challenges to jurisdiction and whether the Oversight Committee truly has the authority to investigate "any matter" at "any time."

But that is not what is happening here. They are demanding that they receive the audit results first, no doubt to discredit the findings and get ahead of the fallout.

It is disgusting that Members of Congress would interfere in a county-level election audit like this and it is shameful that you would allow it!

For the good of the country... to preserve the legitimacy of the Oversight Committee's investigative powers... you MUST put a stop to this sham investigation before it is too late!

I am warning you: Any Congressman or Senator who supports this election interference will be removed from office!
