Joe Biden is still trying to pressure Congress into confirming Saule Omarova - a literal Communist - as the new Comptroller of the Currency.

Saule Omarova attended Moscow State University during the Soviet Union and wrote her thesis on Karl Marx's theories on economic revolution. Of course, Omarova won't let anyone read what she wrote. Instead, she's demanding that Congress give her regulatory control over the banking industry.

I cannot stress enough how bad of an idea this is. You MUST kill this nomination and stop a literal communist from being put in charge of regulating the US banking industry!

Radical Marxists have no place in our Republic and certainly should not be allowed to dictate policy as it relates to our currency system and lending institutions.

Omarova spent years advocating USSR policies and she graduated from Moscow State University on a Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship. We know she wrote a thesis - titled, "Karl Marx's Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution in the Capital" - but she is refusing to turn over a copy for Congress or the American people to review.

That shouldn't come as a surprise. Students at Moscow State University in the 1980s were not allowed to criticize Marxism. She is refusing to turn over her thesis because it would reveal her radical, Marxist beliefs.

The foundation of the world economy is built upon our currency system and if Omarova has her way, she will erode it down to nothing. She would truly do irreparable damage.

We have also seen what happens when Communists are allowed to control lending institutions. The Chinese Communist Party has implemented a "social credit score" system where someone's ability to get a loan depends on how much they support the Communist Party. We cannot risk this Marxism and Communism taking root here.

It is time to put an end to this. You must kill the Omarova nomination and send a clear message that Communists have no place in the Federal government.
