On the Friday morning episode of the Conservative Daily Podcast, Joe and Tig interviewed the late Ashli Babbitt’s mother Micki Withoeft and independent journalist and US Marine Bobby Powell.
For nearly 90 minutes, the foursome discussed the ongoing lies about January 6th, the human rights violations of those being held in pretrial detention in DC, and Powell’s explosive evidence of federal agent involvement in January 6.
Powell’s reporting and video evidence is explosive, but it isn’t new. Powell gave the evidence that he had to Congress on January 15, 2021 – 596 days ago. They’ve sat on it, and allowed the egregious civil and human rights violations continue against the brave American patriots being tortured in the DC Gulag.
This is consistent with the response that Withoeft has gotten from our electeds – crickets. For months, Ashli’s mother sent a letter to elected officials every day. Not a single elected official responded to her pleas for truth and justice for her daughter.
Powell has receipts on Congress’ inaction. In a stunning exchange with W. Kirk Bell, former Chief of Staff to Congressman Pete Sessions (R, TX-17), Powell asks what became of the evidence he turned over, and Bell effectively admits to playing politics with the lives of January 6 prisoners.
“We are keeping our powder dry until after November,” Bell responded. “No use putting anything out there currently.”
No use?
There are hundreds of Americans being held and having their rights violated on a daily basis.
They have brown water that they have to filter through their socks.
There are roaches and feces on the floor.
They are denied visitation, even video visitation, due to their vaccination status. Some of them agreed to be vaccinated in order to get video visitation, only to still be denied visitation after getting vaccinated.
They are held in solitary confinement for months at a time.
One prisoner even had to use a staple to drain an abscess in his mouth because the J6 prisoners are being denied medical care.
But Congress doesn’t see any use in doing anything about it until after the election in November. That’s criminal and a violation of their oath.
We don’t treat enemies of the state this badly. But these American patriots are living this nightmare every day – all due to the lie that they incited violence on that day.
In reality, the Federal Government, under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi, is solely to blame for what happened on January 6 and for the five Americans who lost their lives that day.
DEMAND FOR REMEDY: We demand to know why you have suppressed exculpatory evidence for the January 6 prisoners, which you have had since January 15, 2021.
Based on this explosive video evidence – which Congress has had for 20 months – all of the J6 protestors must be immediately released, and the investigations must refocus on the Democrat-led federal government, the Capitol Police, the DC Gulag, and the criminal coverup in which they’ve all engaged.
Americans have rights. Congress swore an oath to protect those rights.
They should be ashamed of themselves. The American people are certainly ashamed of them.

On January 15, 2021, US Marine and Independent Journalist Bob Powell delivered exculpatory evidence for the J6 prisoners to all of you in Congress.
Several of you were given the information in person, given thumb drives with video evidence that proves federal agents incited and committed the violence blamed on many of the J6 prisoners.
