When Judge Aileen Cannon appointed a special master in the Mar-a-Lago raid, it made sense given the unprecedented circumstances, but the mainstream media lost their minds.
Now, upon the appellate ruling overturning that decision, they’re taking a victory lap.

“A day of double legal blows undermined ex-President Donald Trump's battle to avoid criminal action for hoarding classified documents and left him exposed to potential civil penalties targeting the business wealth on which his political mystique is built.
Trump's lifelong capacity to thwart accountability is now facing its sternest test as investigations and evidence mount against him. Trump has not been charged with any crimes, but the legal and court processes he is a master at delaying and twisting in procedural knots are now making serious headway.”
This comes after a federal appellate judge ruled that the unprecedented and politically-motivated persecution of the former president can continue. Gestapo Garland appears to have a win, for the moment.
The DOJ inquiry was paused earlier this month, with Judge Cannon ruling, "As a function of Plaintiff's former position as President of the United States, the stigma associated with the subject seizure is in a league of its own," continuing, "A future indictment, based to any degree on property that ought to be returned, would result in reputational harm of a decidedly different order of magnitude.”
Judge Cannon paused the State’s inquiry and granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master, which the Garland camp immediately appealed. Wednesday’s ruling is the outcome of that appeal, which is certain to be challenged by the Trump team.
The majority of the country agree with Judge Cannon’s ruling that the Biden Regime needs oversight on this probe, but the majority opinion of the country shouldn’t have anything to do with the discussion.
Justice is supposed to be apolitical. In 2022 America, it most definitely is not.
Remember when their quorum of intelligence community experts said the Biden Laptop was Russian disinformation before, a year later, admitting they were wrong? They have spent seven years wasting taxpayer resources since the first fabricated claims of Russian collusion. You know, the ones that Hillary’s campaign paid for and Obama’s DOJ co-signed?
As mockable as this entire charade is, it’s no laughing matter.
As Americans struggle to afford basic necessities, the Democrat-led government is blowing millions of dollars on another baseless investigation of President Trump.
Everything this Administration has done is a complete and total failure for the American people. From the failed Afghanistan withdrawal that left 13 dead to the unprecedented stagflation that makes us choose between food and prescriptions, the Biden Administration is a disaster both abroad and at home.
How much is this political probe costing the taxpayers?
The economic implications of this probe will be evaluated in the months and years to come, but the costs to institutional integrity and public trust are clear – and they are too high. The nation is at a tipping point.
Indeed, stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.

ATTENTION CONGRESS:
The political circus surrounding Gestapo Garland’s raid on Mar-a-Lago is unprecedented and overtly politically. We all see it. You can pretend that you’re seeking justice, but your track record is terrible. Your narrative is dead. Your reputations are finished.
Since 2015, rather than engage in governance – as you were sent to the nation’s capital to do – you’ve engaged in fabricated investigations, partisan witch hunts, and TWO embarrassing impeachment charades that revealed yourselves to the American people.
This is costing the American people a fortune, in time and treasure, and you will be held to account.
The majority of the country agree with Judge Cannon’s ruling that the Biden Regime needs oversight on this probe, but the majority opinion of the country should have zero weight. Justice is supposed to be apolitical.
In 2022 America, it most definitely is not. You, as the public-appointed keepers of the Constitution, are squarely to blame for that.
