In April of 2022, the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) issued a report on an “election anomaly” observed in Williamson, TN. This was reported extensively by Brian “CannCon” Lupo at the time.
The report reads, in part:
“Based upon the information obtained from the TN SoS, the EAC initiated a formal investigation into the matter to determine the necessary actions to obtain the root cause and remedy the issue. The investigation was conducted at the Williamson County Elections Commission facility on January 19 through January 22, 2022. This analysis was performed by both EAC accredited Voting System Test Laboratories (VSTL), Pro V&V and SLI Compliance. The EAC, Williamson County staff, TN SoS, and Dominion staff were present during the analysis.”
Note that these are the same VSTLs that certified the machines in the first place.
“Analysis of audit log information revealed entries that coincided with the manifestation of the anomaly; a security error “QR code signature mismatch” and a warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” indicating a QR code misread occurred. When these events were logged, the ballot was rejected. Subsequent resetting of the ICP scanners and additional tabulation demonstrated that each instance of the anomaly coincided with the previously mentioned audit log entries, though not every instance of those audit log entries resulted in the anomaly.”
The anomaly rejects ballots! Why?
“The direct cause of the anomaly was inconclusive. Based on the investigation, it’s reasonable to conclude that the anomaly is related to the imported D-Suite 5.5 election definition used on the D-Suite 5.5-B system.”
You can read the whole report here but basically, something triggered inside the Dominion machines that caused ballots to get rejected. They don’t know what the trigger was, but they assure us this is isolated to Williamson, TN, and they assure us that Dominion fixed it through the testing of their Engineering Change Orders (ECO):
“The analysis and testing of the ECOs has demonstrated that the anomaly was successfully fixed. No instance of the anomaly or the associated error or warning messages in the ICP audit logs were observed during the testing. The EAC has approved ECO 100826 and ECO 100827 on March 31, 2022.”
Remember – These are the people who tested and certified the systems in the first place and missed the “erroneous code.” But it’s totally fixed. And totally isolated.

Lupo held a livestream Thursday night with David Cross, Kevin Moncla and Jeff Lenberg to reveal that the same “anomaly” – that was totally isolated to Williamson, TN and totally fixed – was also present in 97% of voting machines in Georgia.
This was reported to election authorities in Georgia, and they ignored it. The livestream is must watch.
This new revelation completely destroys the election narrative, and everyone needs to demand the abolition of electronic voting equipment.
Everything they’ve said about this system is a lie.

Here is today’s letter to congress.
ATTENTION CONGRESS:
There is a crisis of public trust in US elections. Public trust in elections requires transparency.
There is no transparency in electronic voting equipment, and it’s now been reported that the “anomaly” reported by the EAC in April 2022 – that was totally isolated to Williamson, TN and totally fixed – was actually present in 97% of voting machines in Georgia.
As a reminder, the EAC’s certifications in Georgia were determined – by CISA but only after Professor J. Alex Halderman brought them to light as imminent threats – to be invalid. They shouldn’t have been certified.
And until Professor Halderman brought these issues to light, the government agencies told us “safest and most secure election in history.” But we should totally believe them now.
These new revelations from Georgia provide even more evidence that the public should have ZERO trust in electronic elections.
When Congress passed the “Help America Vote Act” (HAVA) of 2002, you paved the way for the creation of a massive industry focused on “helping” our elections. What predictably resulted is that American elections are now a for profit enterprise – and it’s completely outsourced.
Due to the complexity of this system that “helps” America vote, third-party technology experts are required. No one can check their work because their code is proprietary. Anyone that asks questions is mocked, shunned or worse. And you all gaslight us that it’s safe and secure.
The American people are awake and watching to see if our elected representatives will actually represent us.
This is the moment when you stand in the gap for the American people and demand machine-free elections, or you step aside.
