Dear Congress:
Many of you were alive when the Nuremberg Trials took place, and you no doubt have personal memories of the experience.
Given all that our nation has been put through, since at least October 18, 2019 and Event 201, it makes sense to recap the indictments of those infamous Nuremberg trials. Beginning with the Doctors Trial, here is a summary of the nature the indictment:
Count One: The Common Design of Conspiracy
…acting pursuant to a common design, unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly did conspire and agree together and with each other and with divers other persons, to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity…unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly were principals in, accessories to, ordered, abetted, took a consenting part in, and were connected with plans and enterprises involving the commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity…unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly participated as leaders, organizers, investigators, and accomplices in the formulation and execution of the said common design, conspiracy, plans, and enterprises to commit, and which involved the commission of, war crimes and crimes against humanity…
Count Two: War Crimes
…unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly committed war crimes…in that they were principals in, accessories to, ordered, abetted, took a consenting part in, and were connected with plans and enterprises involving the murder of civilians…comparison tests, anatomical research, studies regarding race, pathological features of the body, form and size of the brain, and other tests, were made…
Count Three: Crimes Against Humanity
…unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly committed crimes against humanity...in that they were principals in, accessories to, ordered, abetted, took a consenting part in, and were connected with plans and enterprises involving the execution of the so called "euthanasia" program...in the course of which the defendants herein murdered hundreds of thousands of human beings…
Count Four: Membership in a Criminal Organization
…guilty of membership in an organization declared to be criminal by the International Military Tribunal.
The above counts, to which German doctors were tried, convicted, and sentenced to death, are summarized and do not show the full breadth of the evils committed during WW2. But they’re relevant today, and the more we learn about the true nature of pandemic response the more we see the similarities.
And the more we are resolved to seek justice.
As the despotic powers push for more covid response, know that it’s not too late -- YET -- to get on the right side of history.
