The American people see through these tactics, and it is evident that Garland is protecting President Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, at the expense of justice. His actions may even constitute perjury, which is an affront to the principles upon which our nation was founded.

Let us not forget the disturbing details surrounding the Hunter Biden investigation and the allegations made by highly credible IRS Whistleblowers Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley. They have exposed a Justice Department that seemingly slow-walked the investigation into Hunter Biden's tax issues, obstructed efforts to obtain subpoenas and search warrants, and repeatedly hindered prosecutors from pursuing felony charges. Such actions raise serious doubts about the integrity of our justice system.

Representative Jim Jordan's revelations regarding Hunter Biden's questionable business dealings with Burisma in Ukraine, along with President Biden's alleged involvement in removing a prosecutor investigating the company, add another layer of suspicion to this already convoluted situation.

The American people are outraged by the preferential treatment Hunter Biden has received during this investigation, despite allegations of tax fraud and the funneling of millions of dollars from foreign dealings into undisclosed companies to evade taxation. It is incomprehensible that he has faced no real consequences, as the Justice Department allowed potential charges to lapse.

Furthermore, Attorney General Garland's refusal to provide direct answers to questions from congressional members, choosing instead to deflect to future statements by Special Counsel David Weiss, is an act of contempt towards Congress and a blatant disregard for the constitutional duty of oversight. This, too, is a compelling reason for his impeachment.

In an additional shocking incident, during questioning related to the January 6th protest, Attorney General Garland's statement of not knowing whether there were FBI informants present, immediately after indicting Ray Epps on a misdemeanor, raises grave concerns about his truthfulness and the credibility of the investigation.

I DEMAND you to act swiftly and decisively to initiate the impeachment of Attorney General Merrick Garland. His actions, and those of the Department of Justice, have severely eroded public trust in our justice system and government. We deserve leaders who prioritize loyalty to the Constitution and the American people above all else, and it is abundantly clear that Garland's loyalty may lie elsewhere.

Our nation hinges on accountability, transparency, and justice. It is your responsibility, as representatives of the people, to ensure that these principles are upheld. The time for action is now, and I urge you to vote in favor of Attorney General Merrick Garland's impeachment.
