REUNITE The J6 Prisoners With Their Families! Congress, Free the J6 Political Prisoners!
This holiday season, as Congress and many Patriots celebrate with their families, January 6 political prisoners—individuals who have borne the cost of our freedom—are separated from their loved ones on baseless charges. There was NO insurrection and the footage proves that! We cannot tolerate this injustice.
From the January 6 protests, the government, with FBI assistance, has harassed, imprisoned, and stripped rights from J6 protestors. Congress's failure is evident in the lack of timely trials, juror issues, and harsh sentences. Some prisoners tragically took their lives due to extreme distress.
We demand Congress acts now: release January 6 footage, ensure fair trials, and reunite J6 political prisoners with their families. Restore their rights promptly. Liberate the J6 Political Prisoners!

[Sen./Rep.] [FIRST NAME] [LAST NAME]
Washington, DC
Dear [Sen./Rep.] [LAST NAME]:
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and growing anger regarding the abhorrent treatment of the January 6 political prisoners. As we approach the third anniversary of the January 6 protests, it is infuriating to witness the government, assisted by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, relentlessly harass, imprison, and strip away the rights of the J6 protestors. This holiday season, while many of us will be surrounded by our families, indulging in the warmth and joy of Christmas, the J6 prisoners—individuals who have borne the cost of our freedom—will once again be denied the basic human right to spend this time with their loved ones. Congress needs an urgent reminder that, as they revel in the comforts of their homes, opening presents and celebrating, the J6 political prisoners endure separation from their families. This state of affairs is utterly intolerable, and these individuals MUST be liberated! The failure of Congress to address the egregious treatment of the J6 prisoners is nothing short of a disgrace. Reprehensible acts have been committed against those who believed in a system designed to provide them with a platform to voice their grievances to our elected officials and government. Instead, they find themselves imprisoned, with trial dates ominously looming on the horizon. The lack of a timely trial date is not the only issue plaguing the J6 political prisoners. The entire justice system, purportedly in place to uphold justice, has crumbled, leaving these brave individuals at the mercy of a system that reeks of bias. Disturbing revelations have surfaced, indicating that jurors are being recycled, and J6 defendants are handed the harshest sentences possible. The resulting extreme distress and mental turmoil have tragically led some to take their own lives—a consequence of the systemic failure that cannot be ignored. To compound matters, the released footage by Speaker Johnson has failed to provide even a shred of evidence supporting the notion of an insurrection. This glaring lack of evidence makes the continued incarceration and mistreatment of these individuals not only unjust but also unfathomable. This Christmas, as our elected officials luxuriate in the warmth of their families and festivities, I implore you, as my representative in Congress, to channel the anger and frustration felt by countless citizens. Take swift and decisive action to address this deplorable situation. Demand the immediate release of all pertinent footage from January 6, ensure a fair and expedited trial process, and work tirelessly to reunite the J6 political prisoners with their families. It is imperative that justice be served, and the rights of these individuals be restored without further delay. This is a matter of urgency and demands your immediate attention. I expect nothing less than a robust and forceful response from you to rectify these injustices.
Sincerely,
[SIGNATURE]
