Senator Schumer's feeble attempt with his border bill last week fell far short of addressing the crisis at hand. However, H.R. 2 provides a concrete solution. This bill mandates the Department of Homeland Security to resume building the wall along the southwestern border and ensures sufficient staffing for border patrol agents.

H.R. 2 is not just another piece of legislation; it is a lifeline for our nation's security and sovereignty. I demand that you take immediate action to bring H.R. 2 to the floor of Congress for consideration. The American people are tired of political games and excuses.
